ALLOCATION TO MOYUA CONSTRUCTIONS OF THE CONSTRUCTION WORK OF THE LINK ROAD: CONNECTING URRETXU-LEGAZPI IN BERGARA

The Administration Council of the Autonomous Public Society BIDEGI, S.L., allocates  the carrying out of work on the Project "construction of the link-road gi-632. Stretch: conenction between Urretxu/Legazpi-Bergara", for the amount of €42,807,191.72 + VAT and a Project deadline of 30 months.

The Urretxu-Antzuola stretch will constitute one of the most complicated stretches on the Guipuzcoan road-network. This 2.7 km. long stretch, will include a 680m. long tunnel which will allow the Deskarga Port to be saved, one of the most complicated points on the Guipuzcoan road-network.

The arterial road Beasain-Bergara will connect the N-1 (Beasain) and the AP-1 (Bergara) and will be the key to improve communication between the internal regions of Gipuzkoa: Goierri, Urola and Debagoiena.

The gallery is already open to traffic on half of the route (Beasain-Zumarraga) and this year the work on the construction of the Zumarraga-Urretxu stretch will come to an end.
The stretch, in the Antzuola-Urretxu direction, begins once past the water-course in Ipurtika. In this area the semi-linkroad will be situated from Antzuola in the Urretxu direction. The stretch of dual carriageway will enter the 680m. long Deskarga tunnel, which will allow the Deskarga Port to be saved.

After the tunnel and across the dividing watershed, the passage goes down the right-hand slope of the Mendiaratz stream, with maximum inclines of 3.5% until it joins the connecting Urretxu-Legazpi, currently being carried out and to be completed at this stage of the construction with the building of the branches in the Antzuola direction.
Among the main structures to construct, as well as the Deskarga tunnel and the partial-link road in Antzuola, are two overpasses, one underpass, a wall and various other transverse drainage works.
