The single most important element of the entire Moyua Group strategy is, without doubt, the management of our people. The professional competency of all the Group staff is organised by the HR Department, from management to junior staff members. The correct direction of the capabilities of our 'human capital' and the development of their professional careers constitutes one of the greatest objectives in ensuring our company's competitive position.

For this reason, training represents a major factor in the running of the company; this is why the HR Department works closely with all the Technical, Prevention & Quality and the Environment Departments to identify requirements in training, and provides standard or tailored courses to cover the wide spread of requirements that may develop in the future as we extend our activities.

All of this management is centred on the annual schedule of training and skills, plans which are subject to control and feedback by means of markers and evaluation of the training and skills acquired.
